You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
If two weeks have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our lamps and decor, but accidents happen during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately. Include a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We will send out a replacement or issue a full refund right away—no need to ship the broken shards back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow standard bank processing times for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different color or style? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
